Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Away products, which is why we offer a 100-day trial period on all luggage and a 30-day return window for all other accessories. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll help you find a replacement or provide a full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
- 2.Print Your Label
Once submitted, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a return authorization form to include inside your package.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, attach the prepaid label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10-14 business days.
